One of the Firm’s objectives is to safeguard its clients’ interests from potential liabilities and implications of existing legislation and any future legislation governing the land ownership in Kenya. The work in this area includes but is not limited to:-

The Firm is involved in both small and large scale residential and commercial leases, including advising on Landlord and Tenant issues; and

We act on a wide range of intellectual property matters including the registration and renewal of Trademarks, Patents and Industrial Designs, registration of Assignments, Registered User and License Agreements and in opposition and rectification proceedings with respect to Trademarks.
We also advise on registration of rights through regional and international organizations and on infringement actions and proceedings.

Our work in this area includes advising on compliance with the current employment laws, drafting employment contracts for various local and foreign organizations, advising upon and drafting consultancy contracts and on all aspects of employment legislation in force in Kenya.
We also advise on all aspects of Immigration Law relating to the employment of non-Kenyans, making the appropriate applications for various classes of Work Permits, Pupils’ Passes and Dependency Passes.
